The services included in deep cleaning vary depending on the specific needs of each client, but generally include cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, floors, surfaces, cleaning fans and air conditioners, extractor hood filters, skirting boards, vacuuming and mopping, among others.
2. How often should I schedule deep cleaning?
Many of our customers who have taken the Deep clean service have become regular customers. So you’ll be able to take an initial deep clean or a one-time deep clean.
3. Can I customize cleaning services?
Yes, in order to adapt to your specific needs. You can discuss your requirements and request additional or specific services.
You can add extra services when making the reservation or during cleaning, in this way the additional ones will be charged to your account.
4. Do I have to be present during cleaning?
You do not need to be present during cleaning, unless you prefer. Many people choose to provide us with a secure access code or hide the key somewhere so that the cleaners can carry out their work without interruption.
5. What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Don’t worry! If you are not satisfied with the results of regular cleaning, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to resolve any issues or make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
6. How long does house cleaning take?
The time required for cleaning of a house can vary depending on the size of the house, the number of rooms and the level of soiling. In general, a deep cleaning can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, but this can vary in most cases.
7. Cleaning products and equipment
We have traditional and ecological products of the highest quality, as well as vacuum cleaner and mop equipment.
8. Cancel or reschedule cleaning
You can update your reservation through our website by logging in. We suggest you make the changes at least 24 hours in advance as this way our cleaners can be available to other customers without being affected by spaces that are not worked. We remind you to know our cancellation policies.
9. Reservations and forms of payment.
Our platform is friendly and very easy to use, so you can book and manage your payment in a practical way in a couple of minutes. At the moment we only accept payments through the website by credit card, so we do not accept cash payments.
10. Are the cleaning company and its employees insured?
Our teams are highly trained and supervised. They are also backed by liability insurance. So you won’t have to worry.
