3. Do I have to be present during the bond cleaning?

You do not need to be present during bond cleaning. Many people choose to provide us with a secure access code or hide the key somewhere so that the cleaners can carry out their work without interruption.

4. Cleaning products and equipment

We have highly effective and restoration products for specific bond cleaning jobs, as well as equipment such as air and steam vacuum cleaners, squeegees, indoor and outdoor mops, microfiber cloths, among others.

5. Is the return of bonds guaranteed?

7. Cancel or reschedule cleaning

You can update your reservation through our website by logging in. We suggest you make the changes at least 24 hours in advance as this way our cleaners can be available to other customers without being affected by spaces that are not worked.

8. Reservations and forms of payment.

Our platform is friendly and very easy to use, so you can book and manage your payment in a practical way in a couple of minutes.

At the moment we only accept payments through the website by credit card, so we do not accept cash payments.

Our teams are highly trained and supervised. They are also backed by liability insurance. So you won’t have to worry.
